I first saw this UI the day after Univision bought Gawker...and it disappeared...until today. What the, what gives?

Did you edit that screenshot? I was really looking forward to seeing them on the FP.

One of the kinja devs replied to one of my comments and said that it’s to see if it performs better or someting to that effect.

Nope! I have the Google Chrome version of the XKCD Substitutions extension. It lets you do a custom edit of terms! :D

It’s been gone for me for a few days though. Weird.
